1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed on the Vaea Studio website (“the Site”) by any consumer (“the Customer”).
Vaea Studio is a company established in France.
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these T&Cs.
2. Products
Vaea Studio offers clothing, accessories, and jewelry for consumers.
Products are described as accurately as possible. Product photos are for illustration purposes only and are not contractually binding.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros, VAT included, excluding shipping fees.
Shipping costs are shown before the Customer validates the order.
Vaea Studio may update its prices at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Orders
The Customer adds products to the cart, reviews the order, and completes payment.
The order is considered final once payment is validated and a confirmation email has been sent.
Vaea Studio reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

suspected fraud

unresolved issues with the Customer

logistical impossibility beyond Vaea Studio’s control
5. Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:

Payment is processed immediately when the order is placed.
In case of payment refusal, the order is automatically cancelled.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery areas
Vaea Studio ships to all European countries.
6.2 Shipping method
Orders are shipped using CJ Packet (logistics partner).
Estimated delivery times range from 6 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other external factors.
6.3 Free shipping
Shipping is free for orders of €90 or more, after promotions or discounts are applied.
6.4 Delivery issues
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to claim, or inability to deliver, reshipment fees may be charged to the Customer.
7. Retention of ownership
Products remain the property of Vaea Studio until full payment has been received.
Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the products.
8. Right of withdrawal & returns

The Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date the order is received.
Any return request must be submitted by email to:

To exercise this right, the Customer must contact customer support using this email address before sending any item back.
Returned products must be:

unworn
-
unwashed
-
in their original condition
-
with original tags and packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the return is due to an error from Vaea Studio.
Once the returned items are inspected and approved, Vaea Studio will issue a refund using the same payment method as the original order.
Certain items may be non-returnable (example: worn earrings or jewelry, for hygiene reasons).
9. Promotional codes
Vaea Studio may occasionally offer promotional codes.
Promotional codes:

cannot be refunded

cannot be converted into cash

are not cumulative (unless stated otherwise)

must be entered before checkout

do not apply to shipping fees
Currently, no active promotional codes are available.
10. Legal warranty
The Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with French consumer law.
In case of a defective product, the Customer must contact Vaea Studio with photos of the issue to arrange an exchange or refund depending on the situation.
11. Personal data
Personal data collected when placing an order is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
The Customer may request access, modification, or deletion of their data at any time.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, designs, logos, visuals) is the exclusive property of Vaea Studio or its partners.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
13. Applicable law & dispute resolution
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution first.
If no agreement is reached, disputes may be referred to the competent French courts.
